If you are reading this out of curiosity then then that’s a relief! If not and you are actually here to file a dispute then we really apologize and hope to resolve this issue so that you can be satisfied.
General Policy
If the product you received is damaged, suffers from a manufacturing error, and/or is delayed, we can either issue you a full refund or send you a replacement. Replacements do take precedence when resolving disputes. What counts as damaged or manufacturing error is outlined in detail under the “product is damaged” section. We DO NOT offer any form of resolution in the following cases:
- You changed your mind regarding the order after having placed it.
- The variant you received, which corresponds to the variant you selected, is different from what you wanted.
- Wrong address inputted which resulted in a failed delivery.
In case you face any of the above cases, there is a 3-12 hour window after a product is placed where you can send us an email at support@justashop.shop or contact us. We do not guarantee that the issue will be resolved, however we will try our best.
Product is Damaged
Below is some of what we consider to be a manufacturing error or damage to the product accompanies with the required evidence to prove it when filing a dispute.
1.
An issue with the quality of the print
A clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the design and the issue are clearly visible in a single frame.
2.
An issue with the print placement (distance from collar, off-center, etc.)
A clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface where the incorrect placement is shown with a ruler/measuring tape. (please note a deviation of 0.5″ is expected)
3.
Print in the wrong area
A clear photo of the product you received, folded in a way that clearly displays both sides.

Wrong product
A photo of the product that was received, with the size tag clearly visible as well.
5.
An issue with the product (incorrect size, brand, quality)
A clear photo of the received product where the design, issue, and/or size tag are clearly visible in a single frame.
6.
A product sizing issue (manufacturer’s defect)
A clear photo of the received product being measured according to the measurements provided in the catalog’s size chart. Both the print and the measurement should be clearly visible and the garment should be laid on a flat surface (please note a deviation of 1″ is expected)
7.
Delivery-related product damage
A photo or video of the received product, where the package, the printed design, and the issue are clearly visible.
8.
Reprinted item has the same issue as the original item
A photo or video of both the original and reprinted item in the same frame where the issue is clearly visible.
Order is Delayed
If an order is abnormally delayed or is missing, please follow these steps:
- check if the address inputted is entirely correct.
- check your local postal services to see if they have your order stored.
- if these steps don’t resolve the issue send us an email at support@justashop.shop or contact us.
